Dude please tell me there is a tutorial out there that will teach me how to do feathers like that.

 Awesome effect; The old Devil May Cry and Devil May Cry 2 are some of my favourite games. This is a great Dante i just wish you had the coat as well.

i guess i could teach you, i found a sample of like 5 feathers, removed background (with background eraser tool), then opened up my original image, copied and pasted all the feathers around 30 times, rotating, scaling them all, once done, i created another layer, sent it to the back, turnt it into a smart layer, added gausian blur to give the depth of field effect, created another layer, sent it to the front, scaled it up, then grouped the 3 layers of feathers, added hue and saturation effect to the folder, check colorize, adjust the colour, add levels, adjust that
